Sato Metal was first established as Sato Trading in 1987 and later incorporated as a private company in 1989 limited by shares. Since then, we have been expanding our business, relocating our head office and starting operations at new yards such as the Tobishima yard in Nagoya and our yard in China.

Times have recently been changing at breakneck speed. To keep pace amid such rapid change, all employees will ceaselessly strive their utmost and expand their aspirations in the process.

Nowadays, the pace of change is relentless and acutely felt. To ensure we keep up, all our staff intend to thoroughly pursue our mission to ever-greater heights while learning from one another.

As we progress, we will continue to devote ourselves to the recycling business and look forward to even greater support and supervision from you.

While we promote our core business, which is material recycling, we constantly strive to be acknowledged as a company needed by society. Moreover, we target a satisfactory Earth environment as one of our goals.

As a company involved in collecting, processing and selling waste metals and plastic, and an intermediate treatment facility for industrial waste, we play an intermediary role between manufacturers and waste dischargers. To spread the importance of recycling within and outside the company, shoulder part of the task of establishing an environmentally-conscious society, as well as to providing a stable supply of recycled materials to meet our partners’ needs, we will establish recycling production control and quality management systems and promote the following activities to maintain quality.

1) As well as promoting the creation of a structure that will underpin our quality maintenance activities, we will provide backup support to the recycling promotion efforts made by related organizations and companies.

2) We will comply with relevant laws and related regulations as well as other requirements to which we have agreed and will strive to enhance quality, make continuous improvements, prevent pollution and target zero defects.

3) We aim to boost customer satisfaction by focusing on customers at all times to meet various needs.
